Frequently asked questions

  • The rental of the bungalows and pitches is for the use of the holder of the reservation and their companions. It is not allowed to transfer the accommodation to third parties.
  • Reservations will always be confirmed in writing via email. The campsite will not be responsible for any information that has not been confirmed in this way.
  • El dret d’ocupació dels bungalows comença amb el check in a les 15:00 h del dia d’entrada, i finalitza amb el check out a les 12:00 h del dia de sortida.The right to occupy the bungalows begins with check-in at 3:00 p.m. on the day of entry, and ends with check-out at 12:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
  • The right to occupy the pitches begins with check-in from 8:00 a.m. in high season, and from 9:00 a.m. in mid/low season, and ends with check-out until 9:00 p.m. on the day of departure.
  • Reservations from minors are not accepted. Minors must always be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  • Reservations from groups of young people are not accepted.
  • The total invoice must be paid on the day of arrival.
  • The maximum number of people that can be in a bungalow is 5 people (adults or children).
  • Animals are not allowed either inside or outside the bungalows, or the plots, except those plots suitable for pets.
  • The reservation will be canceled from 7:00 p.m. on the day of entry in case of no-show.
  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email for them to be valid and accepted. To cancel, you must contact oficina@riembau.com, specifying the name and surname of the holder of the reservation and the corresponding reservation number.
  • The customer is responsible for leaving the bungalow clean and tidy before checking out on the day of departure.
  • The campsite reserves the right to change the accommodation number assigned if necessary.
  • If you need special services such as beds for babies, sheets, refrigerators, coffee makers or any extra equipment that is not included in the reservation, it is advisable to book it in advance to ensure its availability.
  • Cancellations must be communicated in writing via email for them to be valid and accepted. To cancel, you must contact oficina@riembau.com, specifying the name and surname of the holder of the reservation and the corresponding reservation number.
  • 100% of the reservation deposit will be returned if the reservation is canceled in writing via email more than 30 days in advance of the date of entry set in the reservation.
  • 50% of the reservation deposit will be returned if the reservation is canceled in writing via email between 20 and 30 days before the date of entry set in the reservation.
  • The right to recover 100% of the reservation deposit will be lost if the reservation is canceled less than 20 days in advance of the date of entry set in the reservation.
  • The customer, once installed in his previously chosen pitch, will communicate this to reception.
