You will have access to Wi-Fi throughout almost the entire campsite. You can choose between a free Wi-Fi signal for basic use (checking email, browsing, etc.), or, if you require higher speeds for more data-intensive digital services, you can upgrade to premium Wi-Fi by purchasing a ticket at the reception. At reception, you will find various rates depending on the duration of the service you want: one hour, one day, one week, one month, etc.

Animals are not allowed in the bungalows, neither outside nor inside. In the plots there is a specific area of the campsite (zone K) intended for users with animals, the animals may be inside the plot, but they will not be able to access the rest of the areas and facilities of the campsite. Dogs do not pay extra.

All visitors to the campsite must be registered at the reception. Visits are free during the low season if they last less than 2 hours, and during the high season if they last less than 1 hour. If the visit is for the whole day, the price will vary depending on the season and will be charged per person (adults or children).

Animation activities are scheduled on weekends during the low season and every day during Easter week, July, and August.

We have an animation team that organizes activities for children and adults throughout the day.

It is important to note that the animation service is not a babysitting service. Access to the Club Rimbi may be denied to families using this service for that purpose. Parents or legal guardians of the children are solely responsible for their safety throughout the campsite.

To respect the rest of the neighbors, it is requested that the volume of electronic devices and voice levels be regulated sensibly during the day. The noise regulation starts from 00:00 hours, with no exceptions.

Yes, you can pay with a credit card, except for American Express. Holiday vouchers are not accepted.

The campsite terrain is flat and shaded.

Wooden barbecues are strictly prohibited. Only gas or charcoal barbecues are allowed. The campsite does not offer barbecue rentals or a communal barbecue area.

The campsite does not have a nightclub on the premises. Guests must respect the nighttime rest of other campers starting from 00:00 hours. For nightlife, there are nightclubs and pubs in Platja d’Aro.

Bicycles are not available for rent at the campsite, but the reception can provide information about nearby establishments that offer this service.

Yes, excursions can be booked through reception with a local company that will pick you up by bus directly from the campsite.
