Covid-19 PROTOCOL

The current situation, caused by the COVID-19 virus, requires protocols to be established so that your stay at our facilities does not increase the risk of community contagion, as well as to establish the necessary measures for members of staff.

Please read this document carefully as it includes the recommendations to be applied by the campsite to minimize the hygienic and health risks caused by the COVID-19 virus, without harming to the legislation in force, and that must be complied with during your stay at our facilities.

By accessing our facilities, you expressly agree to its compliance, as well as with the safety rules that you will be informed of before starting your stay.

WHAT IS COVID-19 ?

You probably already know that COVID-19 is a disease caused by SARS-Cov-2 Coronavirus, a virus first detected in December 2019. The most common symptoms of the disease are fever, cough, and shortness of breath. Other symptoms may include tiredness, aches, runny nose, sore throat, headache, diarrhoea, loss of sense of smell or taste.

WE CARE ABOUT YOU AND YOURS.

Our utmost concern is to ensure that we do not increase the risk of contagion, and to do this we have put in place necessary protective measures for you and your family and for the campsite workers.

In the preparation of this document, the guidelines set by the Ministry of Health of the Government of Spain, as well as the ICTE (Spanish Institute of Tourism) have been taken into account in order to offer you the best practices in the service, facilities and personnel to deal with the virus.

Human and material resources and intervention protocols have been assigned in the event of any employee or customer showing symptoms compatible with a COVID-19 contagion.

WHAT YOU SHOULD TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION DURING YOUR STAY

First of all, please respect and comply with the instructions provided on the signs placed throughout our facilities. Follow the directions contained herein and those provided by our staff. In order to avoid crowding at RECEPTION, only 1 person per stay (plot/mobile home) will be allowed in this area. This person must provide the documentation of all companions (ID/Passport), as well as the vehicle details (brand/plate number/colour) and will have to wait for his/her turn, respecting the recommended safety distance (2 m) that is marked on the ground.

To speed up the procedures, it is important that when making the reservation, all the details requested are provided with maximum accuracy. This will speed-up the check-in procedure.

If the accommodation booked is a mobile home, the person who enters the reception area can collect the key, TV remote controls, which will have previously been disinfected.

If payment is made by card, it will not be handled by the employee at any time. The POS terminal will be disinfected after each use.

To ensure your safety, we have removed from our desks any information brochures of our facilities, excursions, recommendations, etc… So, if you are interested in obtaining one you should ask the receptionist.

In order to avoid going to reception in person, we have a mobile phone (xxx.xx.xx.xx) on which you can contact the office for maintenance needs, breakdowns, communications, or any notification that does not involve a change in your registration. This telephone will only be operational during the opening period of the campsite (from 25/06/20 to 27/09/20).

As for your accommodation at the campsite:

In the case of a PLOT, as always you may choose the one you want, with the sole limitations of those customers who have dogs, and of the plots with direct water supply (zone E), which must have been booked in advance.

If you are staying in a MOBILE HOME, you should be aware that the cleaning and disinfection protocol set by the ICTE will be followed, using approved disinfectant hygiene products.

In all cases, a minimum of 24 hours shall be respected between one guest and the next.

This will require strict time control for arrivals and departures from the mobile homes.

As regards the TOILET blocks (toilets, washbasins, showers, urinals, chemical WC, areas for washing dishes and clothes, etc.), their capacity will be limited to 50%.

All blocks will be operational, but all will also be operating at 50% capacity. This will allow the safety distance to be respected, ensuring the least possible concurrence of users at any given time.

Cleaning and disinfection will be carried out periodically, always following the ICTE protocols and using authorised disinfectant hygiene products.

As for the use of the SWIMMING POOLS and surrounding areas, their use will be permitted within the established hours. The permitted capacity and cleaning and disinfection procedures marked by the ICTE protocols shall be strictly followed.

As regards the poolside loungers owned by the campsite, they will be disinfected according to the same protocols using approved hygienic disinfectant products. In any case, users must bring and use their own towels, while also respecting the safety distances.

To this end, the orders provided by the lifeguards and controllers must be strictly observed.

As far as PLAYGROUNDS and SPORTS AREAS are concerned, these will be open and in operation during the established times.

They will be cleaned and disinfected periodically, according to ICTE protocols and using approved disinfectant products.

All areas will be marked with the maximum permitted capacity and this will be the limitation that the users themselves must respect.

To enable us to provide maximum health safety to all our customers, exceptionally, during the 2020 season there will be no specific ANIMATION ACTIVITIES for children under 12 years of age.

All other activities that may be organised, will strictly follow all safety standards established by the ICTE protocols.

Therefore, all ORGANIZED SPORTS and EVENING ACTIVITIES will be subject to the regulations in force at any given time.

As regards the BAR/RESTAURANT/TAKE AWAY service, they will function normally, always respecting the safety distances, capacity and cleaning and disinfection measures established by the ICTE protocols and using approved hygienic disinfectant products.

As for the SUPERMARKET service, it will function normally, always considering the good use made by the customers themselves in terms of disinfection using the water-alcohol hand sanitizer available upon entry. General cleaning and disinfection shall be carried out periodically and in accordance with approved protocols and products.

For reasons of optimisation of safety measures, exceptionally, this season the HAIRDRESSER service will not be available.

As for the use of the LAUNDRY service, it will function normally, always taking into account the good use made by the customers themselves in terms of disinfection after each wash using the water-alcohol hand sanitizer available upon entry. General cleaning and disinfection shall be carried out periodically and in accordance with approved protocols and products.

GENERALIZED PREVENTIVE MEASURES TO BE TAKEN IN ORDER TO PREVENT CONTAGION:

  • Avoid greeting with physical contact, including handshaking staff members and other customers.
  • Throw away any personal hygiene waste – especially disposable tissues – immediately into the bins or containers. NEVER on the floor or outside the bins.
  • Wash your hands often and thoroughly, especially after sneezing, coughing or touching potentially contaminated surfaces, following the WHO recommendations.
  • Use the water-alcohol hand sanitizer you will find in various locations through the campsite.
  • Observe the safety distance (2 metres) and avoid crowds.
